it has been....

it has been a very loooong time since i updated myblog :(

I was very busy in preparing the children's christmas celebration and the i caught some terrible illness since december.... so i missed christmas at all :((

but i managed to do some cards in january.. and here they are:

this is a page i made for my daughter.
every year school kids celebrate Kartini Day, a celebration of a young women named Kartini.
She fought for Indonesian women's education in the 1890's. You can read about her here.
So every April students from some school has to dress up in our national costums.






I took some closeup photos of Joan, coz she is so cute (to me :))
and made the page for her...

a green birthday card

i made this card for my friend's birthday.
she likes green so made a green one :)

I love this pretty bonnet since the day I saw it at DDSB.
I love reading Laura Ingalls books, so I imagined she wore something like this
